Q: What is a Unit? A: A Unit consists of either 1-8x10 or 2-5x7's or 4-4x5's or 4-4x6's or 8 wallets. Q: Can Units be split? A: A Unit may be split into half except for an 8x10. Example: 1-5x7 and 2-4x6's would still equal one unit. Q: How soon will I get my pictures? A: Proofs are provided almost immediately as we print them from our studio; however, enlargements are ordered out-of-state and take up to a week.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, checks and/or credit card payment through PayPal .

Q: When do you expect payment?
A: Our payment requirements differ depending upon what type of work we do. Please contact us for further details.

Q: Do you keep the negatives?
A: Because we shoot digital, we do not have negatives; however, images are stored for a period of one (1) year.

Q: Can I place additional orders at a later time?
A: You may place orders at any time; however, you will be asked to provide us with the proof number of the images you wish to purchase.

Q: Can I copy my pictures?
A: No. Photography With Love holds the copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed upon between the parties via written consent.

Q: Do you touch-up photographs?
A: We do make minimal touch-ups at the time of processing. Special requests and/or detailed work will be charged additionally.

Q: Which sitting fee applies to me?
A: If you are a small group or family of 6 individuals or less, your fee is $45. If you are a larger group up to 15 individuals, your fee is $70. If you are a team, a class reunion or a larger group of 16 or more individuals, your fee is $150.
